My name is Brendan Duebner. I founded Redwood Succession to fulfill my dream of running a company. I bring a variety of business and leadership experience in a range of organizations, including three self-founded companies, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and as an army combat arms officer.

My goal is to work with the owner of a single business to succeed them in owning and managing their company. I will devote myself full time.
